Refund and Exchange policy

Rehan offers Refund and Exchange services to satisfy our customers.

Exchange Policy: 

• You can exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery 
• The new item/size will be sent by Aramex and the previous item should be returned to receive the new one 
• Customer is in charge of the new shipping fees 
• The exchanged item should be in ideal condition as received from us

Refund Policy:

• You can refund within 14 days from the date of delivery 
• The returning item should be in ideal condition as received from us
• Your returning item will be collected by Aramex 
• After receiving your returned item, the cash will be sent via Vodafone Cash (you need to activate this service on your phone).
• If you don't have Vodafone Cash, the cash amount can be transferred to your Bank Account. 
• Customer is in charge of the new shipping fees

يمكن الاستبدال خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام 

سيتم ارسال المقاس او المنتج الجديد مع مندوب ارامكس 

سيتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن الاضافية 

يجب ان يكون المنتج في حالة ممتازة مثل حالته عند الاستلام

يمكن الاسترجاع خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام

سيقوم مندوب ارامكس باستلام المنتج المراد استرجاع

بعد ان نستلم المنتج المراد استرجاعه سيتم تحويل المبلغ عن طريق فودافون كاش علما بان يجب تفعيل الخدمة على هاتفكم 

يمكن ان يتم ايداع المبلغ عن طريق الحساب البنكي الشخصي 

سيتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن الاضافية
